The RISE, Rotarians Inspired to Succeed and Engage. program develops emerging leaders, offers a culture of growth and fosters a peer support network with fellow Rotarians.  After this 6-week online course, graduates apply skills learned in their professional and Rotary lives. Plus, they’ve expanded their network with each other and with their mentors.
